 Chapter Information
The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) – Utah Chapter is a
non-profit organization (501c3) based out of Salt Lake City,
Utah. Our primary purpose is to raise awareness of green
building principles and practices among the green building
community and general public. In addition we aim to provide a
forum for communication, networking, and recognition through our
regularly scheduled Chapter programs and events. As a grassroots
arm of the national U.S. Green Building Council we also strive
to promote membership in the USGBC and adoption of the USGBC’s
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating
systems.
