This historic rundown warehouse from 1906 located in Ogden, UT was restored with LEED in mind using historic building tax credits, all while maintaining compliance with "The Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation". Inside the building houses offices, a restaurant, and 2 atriums that extend through the full height of the building bringing in natural light.
