Big-D Construction Corporation purchased the historic Fuller Paint Building and renovated it to LEED standards and the latest technology. While preserving parts of the building for visitors, an Atrium was added moving light and heat through all floors, with 3-16' fans cycling that heat through skylights, creating a large "heat wheel". A large mural of the Big-D logo was painted on the outside for an added touch. And the structure is still listed on National Historic Register via the National Park Service.
